New skills should be exploited to settle the challenges. There are many transformations in the field of nursing. STATEMENT OF THE ISSUE ➢ Presently, nursing is not only involved in taking care of the sick and attending to their demands as per the doctors advise. However, they get engaged various activities like publishing scientific research, building mobile medical applications as well as coordinating and interacting with multiple departments within the organization to ensure that both the patients and other workers welfare are up to date. ➢ Chances of this field growing are higher than can be imagined. Due to the need for technology and know-how, the nursing career can only be diversified. The researchers would be required to carry out on the effects and behaviors of patients under certain conditions as well as the issues of technology and practitioners including education sector. EVIDENCE SUPPORTING THE ISSUE PREDICTION In July 2005, Jennifer who was a nurse at Boston Medical Center was entangled on the rate of the dynamism of the nursing field.
