Emotional and social intelligence entails abilities that one has in self-management, association management, social awareness, and self-management. Self-awareness, selfmanagement, and social skills such as cooperating, using manners, sharing, and following directions, are some of the social and emotional intelligence skills that I possess. First, diversity must be recognized and leveraged as a strength. Diversity provides fresh ideas and perspective for a team or organization.
