Complete the Clark Workplace Civility Index Assessment prior to posting to the discussion by

· finding a quiet place void of distractions;

· dedicating sufficient time to the task;

· carefully consider the behaviors listed below; and

· responding truthfully and candidly regarding each behavior.

· 90–100—Very civil

· 80–89—Moderately civil
